3 hours to a tire balance after already having it in June 22 and wasn't done correctly

Was given a rental car to use while my car was being fixed. While it took much longer than anticipated for the repairs it was out of Dan Young’s control because they were waiting on parts. They were honest with us and the repair ended up being covered by GM because of a recall

I asked for a drain and fill on my Buick I instead got a flush and fill I did not realize this was what I was getting now I’m afraid my transmission will fail because this was done.

Body work done on our car. It looks amazing. They also cleaned the car inside and outside. It needed an oil change, the body shop arranged that as well. They went above and beyond great customer service!
